Training Yard

Where people can come and train. They can also play fight.

Ouna stretched. "What to do first?" she asked her friend

Alanna stretched right beside Ouna. "Warm up."

Ouna nodded and began to strech out. Pops echoed across the yard. "Well that probally wasn't good."

Alanna laughed. "Keep stretching."

Ouna puleed a face. "Yes marm!"

Alanna grinned, as she started limbering up with some basic kicks and punches she had learned from Liam and the Wildcat.

Ouna watched in wonder and treid in vain to copy her. It didn't go well. Grumply she swithced back to just stretchign and waitign for Alanna to quite showing off.

Alanna stifled a grin. "Ready, Ouna?"

Ouna rolled her eyes. "When you are?"

Alanna grinned and stretched as Ouna finished. "Of course."

((WHAT DID WE DECIDE AGAIN?!?!?! Zabby is very tired and she only got 3 hours of sleep...))

Ouna swept up her bow and strung it skillfully. She wandered over to the taning yard's supply area and grabbed 10 arrows. With out a word she handed 5 to her friend.

((It's all good. We're doign horse racing, shooting, and sword play.))

Alanna grinned and watched her friend take aim.

((Go ahead and shoot, then I'll do mine.))

Ouna closed one eye and careful breathed out. She shot her arrow. It's swift flight caused a whistle, and that combined with the dull thrum of the bowstring mae Ouna satified...untill the arrow complely flew over the target. When the second arrow followed it's partner's path Ouna became disgusted and shot her remaining three rapid fire. Suprisingly two hit the chest area, and the third hit the head. Ouna wasn't sure what to do with this information.

Alanna grinned. "Well, Ouna, he's dead, at least."

She nocked her first arrow and took aim.

Thwack! She watched as the arrow flew gracefully through the air as it hit her dummy in the shoulder with a soft thwump. She grinned as she nocked her third arrow and let it go.

It hit the dummy in the test.

Her next one went right over the shoulder. Her next two hit the stomach.

Ouna nodded careful not to disturb the Lioness' concentration. Once she was done she commented lightly. "It's seems that in the heat of a battle, and when there are more targets to hit our accuracy increase tenfold. Might indicate why my rapid arrows found their mark."

Alanna nodded. "Sadly, Ouna, that's true."

Ouna nodded briskly and hefted her bow. "Shall we continue our little tournament with swordsmenship?"

Alanna nodded. "Yes, of course."

Ouna returned back with two wooden swords and two masks. She tossed one of each to her friend.

Alanna caught her fake sword with her left hand and her mask with her right. She put it on and armed herself. "Ready to get your butt kicked, Ouna?"

Ouna rolled her eyes and also put on her mask. "Sure, if you can."
